What Node does

Everything between the order and the doorstep — handled.

You flip one switch. Node runs the network underneath: placing inventory, quoting delivery, packing orders, and booking couriers — while you keep your brand, your checkout, and your customer.

One integration

Install once on Shopify — any cart next. Your catalog, inventory, and orders sync automatically, with nothing to rebuild.

Inventory placed near demand

Our engine reads your real order history and pre-stocks a small shelf of the right SKUs in each neighborhood — before the orders arrive.

Same-day at checkout — only when we can deliver

Customers in range see a same-day rate you control. Everyone else checks out normally. You never over-promise a delivery you can't make.

Fulfillment & tracking on autopilot

Orders route to the nearest stocked location, get picked and barcode-verified, and a courier is booked automatically. Live tracking posts back to the order.

How it works

From connect to delivered, in five steps.

1

Connect your store

Install the app and Node syncs your catalog and inventory.

2

We place your stock

Send one pallet; the engine distributes it across neighborhood nodes.

3

Shown at checkout

Nearby customers see same-day delivery as an option.

4

Packed in minutes

The nearest node picks, scans, and packs the order.

5

Delivered & tracked

A courier runs the last mile; status syncs back to the order.

Typical order: click to door in about 86 minutes.  The same order from a central warehouse takes 3–5 days.

Why it works

Speed was never a courier problem. It's a placement problem.

Couriers are already cheap and everywhere — every test run we make comes in under $6 within five miles. What's slow is inventory sitting in one warehouse, three days away.

Node fixes the placement. Your product waits on a shelf two miles from the customer, so the last leg takes minutes instead of days — and because there's no warehouse and no premium carrier, you can offer it at the same price you already charge for standard shipping.

The engine

An orchestration engine that gets smarter with every order.

Behind the one switch is a demand model trained on real orders. It decides what to stock where, restocks ahead of demand, and only ever promises a delivery it can keep. Every completed order sharpens the next decision.

Forecast
Predicts demand by neighborhood, SKU, and season from real order data.
Place
Decides which nodes open and what each one stocks, and how deep.
Replenish
Times restocks from your 3PL to stay ahead of stockouts.
Promise
Offers same-day only where stock and a courier both confirm.
Dispatch
Books the courier and routes the delivery to the door.
Two sides, one network

Built for the brands who sell — and the neighbors who deliver.

Node is a marketplace with two customers. Pick the side you're on.

For nodes

Turn idle space into income.

If you run a laundromat, storage facility, or pack-and-ship counter, Node pays you to hold a small shelf and hand orders to a courier — in the dead time you already have.

  • Earn on every order from space you already pay for
  • About two minutes of work — signing bonus + weekly pay
  • No cost, no equipment to buy, no risk to your business

Why we win

This isn't a theory. It's measured — and it's already ours.

Most last-mile startups begin with a slide. Node began inside a working logistics business, with a decade of real fulfillment data behind it. Every core number here is measured, not projected.

Measured
84,381

Real orders, not estimates

Our placement model is built on 84,381 real, geocoded orders from the founders' own 3PL — so node locations sit on demand we can see.

Measured
78%

Already within reach

78% of those real orders fall within five miles of a demand-placed node — the coverage same-day actually requires.

Measured
< $6

Couriers we tested ourselves

We ran the test deliveries in production. Every run came in under $6 within five miles — below the $7 our model assumes.

Profitable

From the first order

Because we price at parity with no premium carrier and no warehouse, the unit is contribution-positive from order one — even in a brand-new zone.

Operators

Not first-timers

Node grew out of Logystico, a profitable Newark 3PL. We've lived DTC fulfillment economics for a decade — these are our relationships and our warehouse.

Tailwinds

Timing on our side

A repricing labor market makes host space cheaper to staff, and sidewalk-robot fleets — already live in LA, Dallas, and Miami — will make the last mile cheaper still.

“We didn't hire a consultant to size the market. We have the books — because these are our relationships, our warehouse, and our model.”

Elor Kahalany, Founder & CEO · built and runs Logystico
Where this goes

Every business today. Every household tomorrow.

Storefronts start the network. Over time, any household with idle space can host a shelf — the same way Airbnb and Uber turned spare rooms and idle cars into income. When anyone can host, coverage has no ceiling, and the cost of delivery only falls.

Today — businesses

Laundromats, storage, and pack-and-ship counters: staffed space with dead time and a counter already in place.

Tomorrow — anyone

Any home with a spare shelf earns from it — and as robot delivery scales into these dense zones, the last mile gets cheaper for everyone.

Questions

The short answers.

How fast is delivery?
Same day — and in dense zones, often around 90 minutes from checkout to the customer's door. It works because your inventory is already a couple of miles away when the order is placed.
What does it cost my customer?
The same as the standard shipping you already offer. Node prices same-day at parity, so there's no premium at checkout — you set the rate and the delivery radius yourself.
Which platforms do you support?
Shopify today, with a native app and carrier-calculated rates at checkout. Support for other carts follows — the model is cart-agnostic by design.
Where is Node available?
We're live in New York City and Northern New Jersey, expanding metro by metro in the order our demand data prioritizes. Brands outside the current area can install and join the waitlist — checkout is never affected for addresses we can't serve.
Do I need a warehouse or new software?
No. You install the app and send a single pallet. Node handles placement, restocking, packing, couriers, and tracking. Most brands are live in about two weeks.
Is my inventory safe at a node?
Custody is tracked end to end. Parcels are sealed and dual-scanned at every handoff, deliveries are geostamped, and the network runs its own audits — so there is exactly one accountable custodian at every step.
How do node locations get paid?
Per order, with a capped fee, paid on a regular schedule. Early nodes also receive a signing bonus and a monthly floor while their neighborhood's volume ramps up. See For nodes →
